Shelley Plant
Shelley’s recruitment career began in 2003 as a consultant for Hays Contact Centres in Southampton. After rapid success on the permanent desk Shelley was promoted to senior consultant after 9 months.
Within a year Shelley had taken over as acting branch manager of the Southampton Office and was officially promoted after 18 months.
Shelley has been branch manager since then and has seen huge success in developing new client relationships and building a successful team. Shelley personally recruits senior and management candidates across the South Coast.
