Lorna Shakespeare
Lorna has over 10 years experience in recruitment having joined Hays in 1996 with the Accountancy & Finance division . Having undertaken a number of different roles including Office & Business Manager she moved sectors to join Contact Centres in 2001.
Since 2002 Lorna has specialised in developing the Management Appointments market predominantly in the Yorkshire/Manchester and North East regions.

Emma Tweddle
Emma has over 4 years experience working within the contact centre industry in Yorkshire and the North East. Emma started with Hays in 2004 in the role of NVQ assessor, delivering vocational training to contact centre agents across the North before moving into contact centre recruitment towards the end of 2005.
After a secondment to manage the Leeds office, Emma now manage the Newcastle office alongside recruiting for Team Leaders, Team Managers and specialist contact centre roles. Emma has developed exceptional market knowledge that is a great advantage to her clients.
