London and South East Contact Centres team
Covering London, Essex and the South East, Brad combines recruitment and industry knowledge to offer a professional service to both employers and employees within the senior end of the contact centre industry.
Brad Parker
With 3 years prior recruitment experience, Brad joined Hays Contact Centres in 2002 to run an office in Central London managing a range of public and private sector contact centre vacancies.
Following almost 4 years in this role he transferred to a Senior Appointments desk, overseeing the recruitment of management and specialist positions within contact centres across the South-East.
Typical roles recruited on both a permanent and interim basis include Operations Director, Contact Centre Manager, Resource Planning / MI Analyst, and Training Manager. He has subsequently worked on a number of successful campaigns for employers including the Financial Services Authority, OFCOM, Transport for London, Carphone Warehouse, AIG and Samsung.
