The European Contact Centre Awards are a prestigious opportunity to be recognised and rewarded for achievement that really makes a difference to the contact centre industry.
Taking place at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole, on Tuesday 16th September 2008, the awards will be a chance to celebrate the outstanding work done by contact centres workers.
