With over 5 years experience of recruiting within the Contact Centre industry in Yorkshire, Clare have developed extensive knowledge of the market.
Her role within the Management Appointments team is to recruit for positions at Team Management and Specialist level, which command a salary of up to £25000.

Lorna Shakespeare
Lorna has over 10 years experience in recruitment having joined Hays in 1996 with the Accountancy & Finance division . Having undertaken a number of different roles including Office & Business Manager she moved sectors to join Contact Centres in 2001.
Since 2002 Lorna has specialised in developing the Management Appointments market predominantly in the Yorkshire/Manchester and North East regions.
