SHP IOSH Awards 2008
Hays Health & Safety, the leading specialist consultancy in health and safety jobs, is pleased to announce its sponsorship of the New Entrant of the Year Award at the industry’s highest profile event, the SHP IOSH Awards.
The ceremony takes place on Wednesday 8 October in the glamorous surroundings of the Park Lane Hilton, London and will be hosted by a well-known TV personality who is yet to be revealed.
This year it will be an even more prestigious affair, given that SHP has joined forces with IOSH. All entrants for the New Entrant of the Year category must have started their career in the sector after January 2006 and should be able to demonstrate commitment to the profession and exceptional achievement in their role.

Last year’s event was a huge success – 14 awards were presented and the evening was hosted by celebrity guest Clive Anderson, who entertained the audience all evening with his witty commentary.
The winner of the New Entrant of the Year Award in 2007 was Helen Wilson of Morrison Utilities who was selected because of her enthusiasm and demonstrable commitment to the profession.
