Our customer base provides us with a balanced portfolio:
Approximately 25% of group net fees is from retained recruitment contracts, with the remaining 75% from one-off spot transactions
The public sector accounts for 16% of the Group's net fees with the private sector accounting for the remaining 84% of net fees
Our Top 40 customer accounts currently contribute around 15% of the Group's total net fees, underlining that our business is not overly reliant on any one customer account
Our business currently operates in 20 specialisms worldwide. Our largest specialism, Accounting & Finance, currently accounts for 27% of Group net fees. Our Construction & Property and IT specialisms account for 16% and 22%, respectively, of net fees. The remaining Group net fees comes from our 17 other specialisms ranging from Sales & Marketing and Education to Oil & Gas and Healthcare.
